Hello, I'm new to the game. Just started playing it yesterday, and I'm confused about the action bar actions. Is there any place that has the icons with the descriptions? I'm having a hard time looking around trying to find them, and I figured out a few of the actions, like stand/lay/listen (i have no idea what the symbols are on the border of my screen are for), and a few others. I tried looking around for a FAQ on actions, and browsed the "wiki" which turned up no answers.
I'm also looking for a FAQ for the game, if anyone has made one yet.

The symbols on the border indicate landmarks and other players.
