Try going into the options, go to display and set the character details to medium and disable shadows.

hi i hope i post this right since its the first one have even posted,i am having a problem with the pictogram not showing up,even though i recall picking one and saving one. dose any one know how to fix this or what i need to do? Crying or Very sad

did you get your registration email and click the link? If so, when you open the forest program, bring up the menu by clicking the dot in the bottom left corner of the screen. Then click on Network and enter the username and password you signed up with. Then you will have your picto and be able to see other deer Smile Hope this helps.

So, me and a friend joined at the same time, and went to the ruins to try to encounter one another. Unfortunately, despite us standing in exactly the same spots, we were unable to even see one another. We even compared screenshots to make sure we were both in the exact same spot.

Does this game run on channels or something?

Were the pictos (the gold symbols) spread out on the black border, or clumped together at the bottom? If they're not spread out, you won't be able to see anyone else.

Hi,

I just registered after a looong hiatus, and now I can't log in when starting TEF. I'm connected, but when I enter my username and password and click on log in it just reverts to the guest login default and says that I'm not logged in. I just installed the newest version. Any ideas?

I cannot see anyone else at all. Its unfortunate. I dont like being alone. Its boring enough being offline and alone, a lonely fawn isnt much different. My internet has a good connection and yet no one appears even though 37 members are online. Is there a way to fix this?

Keep waiting to see if the pictograms along the border spread out. If they don't, try disconnecting and reconnecting, or restarting.
Otherwise, try at different times of the day. There are times where the internet is slower or faster.

Is "connect automatically" checked in your game? If not, check it and restart.

I havent been sent an activation code for the game so i cant join the network, also the email us in case of any problems link after you register doesnt work.
